I'm not talking trash; I'm talking seeds -- herbs, veggies, and flowers! I love looking at the old catalogues as much as I do the new ones.
Today I ordered a few to be sent to me. My favorite Canadian herbal supplier?? Richter's: https://www.richters.com . Their catalogue is a treasure trove of herbal information and lore. I recommend that all of my herbal and aromatherapy students get a copy so that they can see the details of the plants and how they grow in order to better understand them. And the aromatherapy students get a chance to see the "plant" that is in the bottle of essential oil.
I'm just wondering what your favorite seed catalogues are...
It's been a very long, very cold winter here in Montreal, and, even though I have had the chance to escape the winter for about a month and a half, I am more than ready to get back into my garden. Even though the official planting date here is at the end of May, today's snowfall, covering up my tiny snowbells, is just too much for me to take.
So, I went online and bought a JuicePlus Tower Garden, which I can use to begin gardening indoors as soon as it gets here in a few days.
