After an initital assessment interview, a custom essential oil blend will be prepared just for you, according to your needs at the moment. If you choose to have a massage, your aromatic blend will be applied  during a very relaxing aromassage, incorporating a combination of Swedish, lymphatic, acupressure, and shiatsu moves along with some reflexology and polarity therapy. The oils work their magic while you drift off. The soft, flowing strokes of thes gentle techniques calm and soothe the nervous system, stimulate the sensory nerve-endings in the skin, and warm and loosen the superficial tissue. They also increase circulation, eliminate toxins, improve lymphatic drainage, and reduce tissue congestion and fluid retention. Deeper strokes remove tension and pain from the muscles and increase suppleness and mobility. This stress-relieving session has no equal!


We also prepare custom blends for you, your office, your business, or your spa products.

Aromatherapy Sessions
Foot Reflexology

Get all of the benefits of a full body massage without having to take off your clothes.  Fully clothed except for bare feet, you will be seated in a reclining chair. For your full comfort, you will have a pillow, a blanket, and relaxing music. The session begins with a soothing foot bath or washing and an inspection of the feet. Your reflexologist looks for pain, tenderness, corns, and skin hardness, which indicate your emotional and physical health. Depending on your needs, herbs, essential oils, lotions or powders may be used. As the work begins, you can relax and enjoy some loving attention to your feet as your reflexologist rebalances your body, mind, and spirit through your feet.  Your feet and your stress feel immediate relief, and you will leave with a smile on your face.


We also travel to participate in corporate wellness programs and health fairs.

What is the group based on?


Life has Four Core Aspects -- Nutrition, Stress Reduction, Exercise & Lifestyle Choices -- that must be in balance for you to get your life into balance and experience good health.  In our One Simple Change Group, we each look at all four aspects, one at a time, and we choose one item in one area and commit to doing something different for one week. Do you think that you can do that for one week? You do not have to do it alone; we do it together.


Each week we come together to learn something new on one of the Core Aspects, to share the challenges and successes of the past week, and to plan for the coming week. We also prepare smoothies, exchange recipes, and have fun.
