Registration is a two-step process.

 

Step 1 - Reservation

1. Download the registration form/contract by clicking on the REGISTRATION FORM Button to the right.

2. Print and fill out the reservation form as completely as possible to notify us of your intention to join us and to give us the information that we need to make your experience the best possible for you.

3. Return the reservation form to us in person, by mail, or on-line.

Step 2 - Payment

Payment in full is required within 48 hours of your reservation.

 

Registration & payment are required 1 week before the beginning of the event. Please call The Centre - 514.481.WELL or email us at info@belarome.ca if you have any questions or special circumstances that we can help you with.

 

There are 3 ways to pay.

Choose the way that's best for you. 

 

1. Cash, Debit Card, Check or Credit Card - In-Person:

1. Download, complete and print the Registration Form.

2. Bring with payment to {Please call first}:

3. Your registration will be confirmed by receipt.

 

2. Check - By Mail:

1. Download, complete and print the Registration Form.

2. Mail with payment to {Deadline 3 weeks before  start of activity}:

3. When payment has been received, you will be sent confirmation of registration. Your registration is not confirmed until you receive email notification.

 

3. Credit Card - On-line - PayPal:

1. Download the registration form/contract by clicking on the REGISTRATION FORM Button to the right.

2. Print and fill out the reservation form as completely as possible to notify us of your intention to join us and to give us the information that we need to make your experience the best possible for you.

3. Return the reservation form to us in person or on-line.

4. Immediately after sending off the reservation form, make your deposit by Paypal by pressing the PAY BY PAYPAL button, and follow the Paypal directions to make your payment. 

5. When your deposit has been received, you will be sent confirmation of registration. Your registration is not confirmed until you receive email notification.  The remainder of payments begin on the first day of class.
