You will make 3 different products from your own secret blend, to keep for yourself or to give away as special gifts. You will also take away a booklet with blending tips, essential oil information, key safety information and more.

Most people understand that traumatic events can be very stressful, but many still do not recognize that even the small daily stresses of life have a powerful effect on the body and on mental and physical well-being. Prolonged stress also overworks the adrenal glands, initially making you feel constantly on edge and, ultimately, making you feel tired, sluggish, listless, and emotionally out of control. There is already much research demonstrating the power, safety and effectiveness of natural compounds for relieving stress and anxiety.

Fortunately, aromatherapy offers some of the most pleasant, natural ways to ease stress and anxiety. Aromatherapy works primarily through the nose but can also act through the lung and the skin. When inhaled, volatile aroma compounds from plants are capable of exerting immediate, direct-to-the-brain actions. Correctly used, aromatherapy inhalations are much safer than oral ingestion or topical application of herbal or drug substances because the active essential oil compounds are so small.

Want to learn about the Top 10 Best Essential Oils For Stress & Anxiety?Want learn different ways to combine essential oils in order to make safe, fast-acting stress reducers? If so, join us, and make your own inhaler to take home.

A Death Café is a group-directed discussion of death and how your thoughts or experiences with death impact how you live your life. It is a discussion group, not a grief support or counseling group. It is a safe, comfortable place to talk about death and dying.

The discussion has no agenda, objectives or themes. Sometimes the conversation circles around our fears of our own death, and, at other times, it is about grief over losses other than death.  While no two Death Café events have ever been the same, we can guarantee that the conversation will: always be interesting, never be morbid, and often filled with lots of laughter.

Death and grief are parts of our lives whether we acknowledge them or not. Join us to shed some light on that part of your life.  If you know people who would find the conversation helpful, please bring them along.
