CONNECTIONS THROUGH LAUGHTER PARTY
You're invited to a special party where you are guaranteed to have fun and laugh. In fact, it's a CONNECTIONS THROUGH LAUGHTER PARTY! With all of the stresses that the holidays bring for many, being able to laugh your way through will provide you with many benefits. Laughing stimulates a part of your brain that releases the feel-good neurotransmitter dopamine, which elevates your mood, makes you feel connected to those around you, reduces stress & pain, and even boosts your immunity! Lucky for us, the Montreal Laughter League is bringing an evening full of joy and laughter to the BelArôme Connections TeaRoom Café on Sat, Nov 22 at 8:00 PM. The laughter movement is taking on the world, and, if you haven't yet had a chance to try it, this is it. The MLL meets at the Centre on the 1st and 3rd Sunday mornings of each month, but this is the first time that it's going to hold an evening laughter party here. Bring your shy friends, your moody teenager, or your grumpy boss. And, if you still aren't convinced, I read that a good belly laugh burns 3.5 calories, which is good to remember as you’re eating all those holiday goodies.
